Justin Trudeau Envisions Endless Emergency
He Is Cancelling Democracy To Save Democracy
Justin Trudeau is doubling down on Chrystia Freeland's indefinite extension of emergency powers. According to Trudeau, the fact that people still want to protest is now the emergency.
“This state of emergency is not over. There continue to be real concerns about the coming days,” Trudeau said on Monday, claiming there were signs the Freedom Convoy truckers could regroup and return to Ottawa.
“People [are] out there indicating that they are ready to blockade, to continue their illegal occupations to disrupt Canadians’ lives. We feel that this measure needs to remain in place,” he said.
According to Trudeau, MPs who vote against his Emergencies Act declaration are unpatriotic and working to harm Canada.
"indicating they don't trust the government to make incredibly momentous and important decisions at a very difficult time"
(Earth to Trudeau: government is not made to be trusted)
And people who advocate against it are posting “misinformation”. Because pointing out the empirical facts of how the Big Pharma inoculations (no, they are not “vaccines”) are dangerous and even lethal, how they are magnifying the pandemic, how the lockdowns and mandates are a failure, and how there is zero scientific data behind the mandates and vaccine passports is destabilizing Canada's democracy (as opposed to an illegal
Enabling Emergencies Act declaration which simply ends it).
Remember when Trudeau promised that the Emergencies Act measures would be “will be time-limited, geographically targeted, as well as reasonable and proportionate to the threats they are meant to address”? Apparently, “time-limited” means ”endless” and “proportionate” means “limitless”.
And in the world according to Justin Trudeau, the only way to save democracy is to cancel democracy.
