Is There A Cease Fire Or Not?

Earlier it was reported that a temporary ceasefire and “humanitarian corridors” were declared by Russia for the evacuation of Mariupol and Volnovakha.

However, statements from Mariupol's deputy mayor suggest Russia is not honoring the ceasefire.

"the Russians are continuing to bomb us and use artillery. it is crazy," Serhiy Orlov, Mariupol's deputy mayor, told the BBC. "right now I'm in Mariupol, I'm on the street. I can hear shelling every three to five minutes," one resident told the BBC.

The “humanitarian” thing to do is for the shooting and the killing to stop. Something Russia can do whenever it chooses.
